Child Sponsorship Application Form

The “Sponsor A Child Program” is one aspect of the foster care services offered by Tabitha Home wherein a sponsor, gets to cater for one or more children with #30,000 monthly (per child). This amount will cater to the medical, academic, social, and physical well-being of the child/children.

In turn, the children/child get to write to the sponsor and communicate with the sponsor. The sponsors will also get to visit the child/children. This is also to provide a sense of inclusion for the child/children.

Assignment of Sponsored Children:
Tabitha Home will match a child to you based on your specification (gender, level of education).

Progressive Report
An update on the progress of the sponsored child will be sent to you on a quarterly basis.
