Febisola Okonkwo is the Founder and Executive Director of Tabitha Home in Ibadan, Oyo State, with over 30 years of experience spanning journalism, banking, marketing, and nonprofit leadership. Holding degrees in Communication and Language Arts as well as Social Work from the University of Ibadan, she leverages her multidisciplinary expertise to champion the welfare of vulnerable children. Through Tabitha Home, she has significantly impacted child care and education, earning numerous accolades including the Meritorious Service Award (2023) and the Top Influential Orphanage Home Award (2022). Febisola is an active member of several professional organizations dedicated to child protection and sustainable development, and remains steadfast in her mission to nurture hope and resilience in underserved communities.
